Conveyancing

We handle all manner of conveyancing transactions such as scrutinising securities for advances and preparing and registering security documentation such as charges, debentures, guarantees and mortgages.

We are also involved in realisation of securities upon default including issuance of statutory notices, supervising public auction to ensure full compliance with law and registering transfers of property sold.  Other aspects of conveyancing include preparation and registration of transfers, leases, sale agreements, subdivision of land and extension of leases.
