About Me

Felix Ayuya Midikira is the Managing Partner, Midikira & Company Advocates, a Kenyan law firm founded in 2004. A qualified Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Midikira is tasked with supervising Associates and providing leadership at the firm. As the Managing Partner, he receives instructions from clients, attends court sessions and undertakes drafting, conveyancing and preparation of security documents.

Experience

Midikira is vastly experienced as an Advocate of the High Court having served in some of the country’s prestigious law firms. These include Wetangula & Company Advocates where he received exposure on civil litigation, commercial law, conveyancing and criminal law; and pupillage at the Attorney General’s Chambers Nairobi where he was exposed to and trained in the areas of commercial law, legislative drafting, civil litigation, company law and conveyancing. Prior to founding his own practice, he was employed as an associate at Billy Amendi & Company Advocates. Here, he was exposed to the areas of civil litigation, criminal litigation, company law, conveyancing, insurance law, constitutional law and judicial review.

Education

Midikira has an LLB from the University of Mysore (1997) and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law (2001). He also has a Pre-University Certificate from the University of Punjab where he underwent training on Public Administration, Political Science, Sociology and English (1991). He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East African Law Society.
